As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of students, identifying their mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on established best practices.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customizing your approach to meet the unique circumstances of each student.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, educational staff, and families, to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality and keep abreast of developments in the field.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health challenges, available treatments, and community resources that can contribute to their overall well-being.
• Staying informed on current research in therapeutic methodologies to continuously improve your clinical practice.

You will be primarily working with a diverse group of students in a school environment, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and social challenges. Your role is crucial in providing support and guidance that helps students succeed academically and socially.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LMSW license for the state of New York.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services and support in educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.

While not mandatory, experience working in school systems or with youth populations is highly preferred. Familiarity with educational frameworks and the ability to adapt therapy to enhance the academic experience of your clients will be considered a significant advantage.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
