Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological and emotional conditions, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing creative interventions and therapeutic strategies to facilitate meaningful discussions and healing.
• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, ensuring that treatment plans are adjusted based on evolving needs and therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in crisis intervention effectively, providing immediate support to clients who may be experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and methodologies to continually refine your clinical skill set.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development workshops designed to foster clinical excellence.
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards, upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
