• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, forming personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), allowing you to support clients in their journeys towards wellness, recovery, and resilience.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, upholding confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements, reflecting our commitment to ethical practice and professionalism.
• Collaborate as part of a dedicated treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver comprehensive care and support to clients, integrating diverse expertise for maximum benefit.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings, ensuring high-quality care and continuous improvement based on feedback and the latest research in the mental health field.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge to navigate their recovery effectively.
• Stay current with advancements in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

A key focus of our Detox Center is to provide compassionate care to individuals experiencing a range of challenges, including substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your role as an LCSW will directly influence the recovery journeys of a diverse clientele, helping them build resilience and improve their quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical knowledge and practice.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida, affirming your qualification and readiness to provide high-quality care.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
