• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions utilizing video chat technology to connect with clients.
• Employ solution-focused treatment methods, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns and goals.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships to foster personal growth.

You will primarily cater to stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a diverse range of mental health issues. This demographic demands a high level of personalized care, and your role will be pivotal in assisting these individuals in developing skills for improved mental health and quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Must possess a valid and fully independent license to practice mental health counseling, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are acceptable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with technology and a strong understanding of telehealth platforms.

• Experience in conducting remote counseling sessions effectively is advantageous.
