• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand each client's mental health status, establishing rapport and trust from the outset.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, applying evidence-based methods and solution-focused techniques to foster positive changes.
• Utilize teletherapy technology effectively to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring client engagement and support throughout the process.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating your ability to respond to acute situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing professional training and development activities to remain current with best practices, new methodologies, and industry standards.

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience in delivering therapy services, particularly in a remote setting, will be given preference.
