Home of Healing Mental Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This full-time, remote position is vital to our mission of providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. The successful candidate will hold either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license and will play a key role in delivering comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention services tailored to the needs of our clients.

The role includes minimal paperwork, allowing therapists to focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnostics for both adult and child client populations, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, incorporating multi-disciplinary team input.
• Provide ongoing case management, including referrals to other providers, telephone consultations with patients and their families, and engagement with outside agencies as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Address and manage crisis situations effectively, employing intervention strategies to stabilize clients in acute distress.
• Offer therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and other clinical presentations.
• Consult regularly with other department providers to ensure cohesive and effective treatment strategies.
• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continually refine therapeutic skills and approaches.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid independent mental health license in the state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans efficiently and accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and their support systems.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care.

• Previous experience providing mental health therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• A track record of successful interventions with clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral agencies to enhance patient support.
