As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required; a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline is preferred.

• Empathy and a genuine understanding of clients’ experiences, with a strong inclination toward client-centered care.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively while maintaining impeccable documentation.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in a digital or remote setting.

• Experience in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and secure virtual communication methods.
