• Collaborate with clients to create clear therapeutic goals, tracking their progress throughout the treatment process to ensure efficacy.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility regardless of physical location.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and therapeutic techniques.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. • Possess a current and valid state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Exhibit a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, maintaining a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Showcase strong organizational and time-management skills for effective management of caseloads and administrative duties.

• At least two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a private practice or community health setting.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused approaches.
• Proficiency in teletherapy technologies and platforms to facilitate virtual client interactions.
