• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and treatment needs of clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, customizing approaches to suit the unique circumstances and needs of each client.
• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring that clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges can receive the quality care they need.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment processes, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidance to ensure client confidentiality.

The clients served at Genesis Care come from diverse backgrounds and may experience a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with individuals of all ages and cultural experiences. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to build a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach is crucial for effectively supporting clients as they navigate their individual challenges.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy remote environment is necessary for handling caseloads.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology is a plus, supporting effective engagement with clients remotely.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or EMDR is preferred but not mandatory.

• Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year based on experience and caseload management.
