This position is 100% remote and allows for flexible scheduling, empowering you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while working from the comfort of your own home. You will engage with clients primarily through telehealth services, providing weekly therapy sessions via a secure and user-friendly digital platform. Our state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) systems are integrated with artificial intelligence tools that facilitate client check-ins, follow-ups, and documentation, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous video to clients facing a variety of emotional disorders, including depression, anxiety, and stress-related issues.
• Collaborate with other health care providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are established and executed, leveraging inter-disciplinary input to optimize client outcomes.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and measurable goals to monitor client progress, allowing for data-driven adjustments to treatment plans when necessary.
• Document all clinical interactions promptly and accurately through our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and quality assurance practices.

You will be working with a diverse clientele that encompasses various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges. • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited academic institution.
• Valid and independent LCSW licensure in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of recent, hands-on experience in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy and related evidence-based practices to individual adults.
• Comfortable engaging with clients from varying backgrounds and a commitment to providing culturally sensitive care.
