Our clinics focus on a recovery-oriented approach, addressing the unique psychological, emotional, and social needs of our clients. Through a combination of evidence-based treatments, including individual and group therapy, we assess and support individuals dealing with substance use issues and mental health disorders. This role is primarily remote, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. The position adheres to a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, making it ideal for those seeking stability in their work hours. You will be part of a dynamic outpatient team that collaborates closely with other healthcare professionals, utilizing digital communication tools to ensure cohesive patient care while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home setting.

• Effectively communicate with healthcare team members and physicians to share patient progress, needs, and any concerns that may arise during treatment.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in care coordination, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and revise comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the full spectrum of psychosocial needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify emotional and behavioral issues, providing crisis intervention and support as necessary to help patients navigate challenging situations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with community organizations to expand patient support resources, actively participating in meetings to advocate for our clients' social needs.

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of challenges related to mental health and substance use. As an LCSW with Holistic Recovery Counselling, you will work with adults and adolescents to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and various co-occurring disorders. Your role will be pivotal in fostering resilience in patients, driving engagement in their treatment paths, and promoting long-term recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required to be eligible for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• At least two years of professional experience in a clinical or community-based setting focused on mental health or substance abuse counseling.
• Must hold current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences; individuals in the process of obtaining their licensure will also be considered.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex caseloads effectively.
• A self-motivated individual who can initiate action and manage responsibilities related to billing hours and documentation independently.

While not mandatory, experience in crisis intervention, knowledge of substance use disorder treatment modalities, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are highly desirable attributes that would enhance your contributions to our team.
