Holistic View Counseling P.C. is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dedicated team. This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance as you help clients navigate their mental health challenges. The collaborative environment enables you to work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and resources, enabling a strong foundation for effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Coordinate care with fellow treatment team members to ensure comprehensive and integrated support, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Maintain precise documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to a clear understanding of client progress and treatment efficacy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community healing.

Our clients range from adolescents to older adults and often present with diverse mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance use challenges. Your role is critical in providing them with a safe space to express their feelings and work toward recovery and stability.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in client interactions.

• Experience working specifically with clients facing addiction or in detox settings is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct teletherapy or remote counseling sessions effectively.
• Engagement in continuous professional development and training in contemporary therapeutic techniques.
