Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally relevant, ensuring alignment with clients' goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to meet diverse client needs.
• Provide resources and referrals to external healthcare professionals when needed, such as psychiatrists or substance abuse specialists.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout treatment, regularly adjusting therapy methods and goals based on feedback and outcomes.
• Demonstrate exceptional crisis intervention skills and provide immediate support in emergencies to ensure client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Understanding the unique challenges faced by different populations is crucial, and your role will involve adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the cultural and personal needs of each client. Your empathetic presence and competence will foster a supportive therapeutic alliance, encouraging clients to engage in their healing journey.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and cultural competence in therapy.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and counseling-related technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy to a diverse client population, including groups as well as individuals.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative approaches to mental health services.
• History of professional development through training, workshops, and continuing education focused on emerging mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
