Position Overview

Constant Support Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselors to join our remote team of mental health therapists. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients’ unique situations and formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) during individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational groups to foster a sense of community and shared experiences among patients dealing with comparable mental health challenges.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a cohesive continuum of care for each patient.
• Respond effectively to mental health crises, offering immediate intervention and support as required.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, including community resources.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including trainings and workshops, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, from adolescents to adults, who face various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing not only the psychological aspects of their conditions but also in understanding the social and cultural dimensions that influence their well-being. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries while delivering care.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other computer applications essential for documenting patient progress.

Preferred Experience

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a community health clinic or similar setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms to conduct remote therapy sessions effectively.
• Involvement in case management or multidisciplinary team environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
