Work Environment

This full-time position operates in a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide therapy and supervision from the comfort of your own home while staying connected to a collegial team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision and guidance to practicum students as they work toward licensure, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and competencies.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and leverage community resources to support comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a collaborative approach to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed about the latest research, therapeutic advancements, and best practices to enhance service delivery and improve client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse range of individuals seeking therapy for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By providing compassionate and evidence-based care, you will support clients in their recovery journeys, empowering them to overcome challenges and promote their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.).
• A valid state license for mental health practice such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Professional liability insurance to ensure compliance and protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of direct supervision experience or equivalent clinical mentoring experience, enhancing the skills and growth of emerging professionals.
• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy to diverse client populations and complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, plus a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
