Insurance Sales Agent | Contract with Potential for Contract-to-Hire


Licensed Insurance Sales | Medicare | ACA | Inbound Sales

Pay Range: $18 - $25/hr. + Bonus Potential
Florida | Remote Position (Does NOT need to reside in the state of FL)
Monday-Friday | Full-Time
Schedule Options: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Contract Assignment: October 2026 - Mid-January 2027 – Potential to be converted permanent
Targeted Start Date: October 2026

We're partnering with a trusted Florida Blue agency to identify Contract Insurance Sales Agents for the upcoming enrollment season. This opportunity is ideal for licensed agents who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoy working with inbound opportunities, and are interested in gaining valuable experience with the potential to convert into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do as an Insurance Sales Agent

  • Sell ACA plans both On and Off Marketplace
  • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
  • Present ancillary insurance products including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short-term medical, and life insurance
  • Consult with customers to recommend coverage solutions that meet their needs
  • Handle inbound calls and organization-generated leads
  • Utilize CRM, quoting, and enrollment systems to manage the sales process
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial conversation through enrollment
  • Support retention efforts and contribute to growth of the existing client portfolio
  • Meet individual performance and sales goals in a high-volume environment


What We're Looking For

  • Active Florida 2-14, 2-15, or 4-40 Insurance License required
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred
  • Current CE credits and licensing requirements maintained
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable navigating CRM systems and standard computer applications
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic marketplace
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Multilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
