St Paul Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to make a substantial impact on patients’ mental health from the comfort of your home. As a key member of our mental health counseling team, you will assess client needs, create tailored therapeutic plans, and provide support to individuals confronting various challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–100,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health status through telehealth sessions, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to gather pertinent information.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues, including ongoing monitoring and adjustments to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, ensuring a culturally responsive approach that respects the diverse backgrounds of each client.
  • Provide resources and referrals to other healthcare providers when necessary, ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive support.
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress within our EHR system, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
