Position Overview

As a key member of our mental health counseling team, you will assess client needs, create tailored therapeutic plans, and provide support to individuals confronting various challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–100,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health status through telehealth sessions, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to gather pertinent information.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues, including ongoing monitoring and adjustments to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, ensuring a culturally responsive approach that respects the diverse backgrounds of each client.
• Provide resources and referrals to other healthcare providers when necessary, ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive support.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress within our EHR system, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care strategies and share insights on client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients who may be facing challenges such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly with a culturally responsive focus.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in crisis situations.
• Familiarity with collaborative care models and experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
