• Provide ethical and compassionate individual teletherapy sessions via a secure video platform.
• Implement solution-focused treatment approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that align with the client’s personal goals and needs.
• Assist clients in gaining insight into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor clinical progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support the development of healthy coping strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery.

Our focus is on providing support to stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Counselors will work with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment problems, and relationship concerns. Our mission is to empower clients by equipping them with the skills and insights needed to improve their overall quality of life.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current full licensure to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• No limited or provisional licenses; a clean disciplinary history is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a strong commitment to client-centered care.
• Proficient in various electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable with technology.

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and best practices in mental health counseling.
• Experience working with diverse populations and adapting therapeutic approaches accordingly.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, you will benefit from:
