The role of Mental Health Counselor is entirely remote, designed to accommodate the evolving needs of our team and clients. Utilizing secure telehealth platforms, you will connect with clients across various backgrounds, delivering therapy services tailored to their unique circumstances. • Conduct weekly remote therapy sessions, providing individualized support through video or phone consultations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that foster emotional balance and personal growth for clients facing a range of life challenges, such as stress management, anxiety, depression, and transitional life events.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation as required by state regulations and clinic policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve treatment methodologies and expand your professional skills.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with adult clients who seek support for various issues such as trauma recovery, transitional life changes, and long-term mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele means you will be engaging with individuals from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, requiring a high level of sensitivity and adaptability in your therapeutic approach.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrated experience—minimum of two years—in providing psychotherapy to diverse populations, individually and in group settings.
• Strong understanding of clinical practices and commitment to ethical care standards.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Experience with telehealth service delivery and comfort using technology-based platforms.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and techniques.
• Ability to create and facilitate workshops or therapeutic groups online.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
