Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual virtual therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet each client's unique requirements.

• Employing active listening and therapeutic techniques to facilitate client discussions that explore emotional difficulties, stress management, and personal growth.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations to track client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participating in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and receive peer support.
• Utilizing our telehealth platform to deliver interventions and ongoing check-ins, ensuring clients receive continuous support between sessions.
• Engaging in professional development activities to stay current with the latest practices and research in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will encompass individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. You will work with clients of all ages, providing therapeutic interventions that are culturally sensitive and appropriate. By fostering strong rapport and trust, you will empower clients to implement constructive changes in their lives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility for licensure.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience delivering therapy to individuals, families, or groups in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A commitment to culturally competent practices and an understanding of the diverse factors impacting mental health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following areas:

Compensation and Benefits
