Remote High Ticket Appointment Setter information

What is a remote high ticket appointment setter?

A Remote High Ticket Appointment Setter is a sales professional who works remotely to schedule appointments between potential clients and sales representatives for high-value products or services, often with a price point of several thousand dollars or more. Their main responsibilities include identifying qualified leads, reaching out via phone, email, or social media, and nurturing prospects until they're ready to speak with a closer or sales executive. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to understand and convey the value of complex offerings. Remote High Ticket Appointment Setters typically work for coaching, consulting, or high-end service businesses and are often compensated through a combination of base pay and commission.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote high ticket appointment setter?

To thrive as a Remote High Ticket Appointment Setter, you need strong sales acumen, persuasive communication skills, and experience in lead qualification, often supported by familiarity with sales funnels or CRM platforms. Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, and appointment scheduling software is typically required. Outstanding active listening, resilience, and relationship-building skills help you stand out in this role. These abilities are crucial for consistently booking qualified appointments, nurturing leads, and ultimately driving revenue in a remote, high-ticket sales environment.

What are some common challenges faced by remote high ticket appointment setters and how can they be addressed?

Remote High Ticket Appointment Setters often face challenges such as managing time zone differences, overcoming gatekeepers, and maintaining motivation while working independently. To address these, it's important to establish a structured daily routine, leverage scheduling tools to coordinate meetings across time zones, and regularly communicate with your sales team for support and feedback. Building strong product knowledge and refining objection-handling skills can also help increase your success rate when setting appointments with high-value clients.

This is a fully remote part-time position working up to 28 hours per week. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video call. The pay rate is $15 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses for scheduled appointments and closed sales, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

  • Motivated by a goal-oriented, bonus-driven environment and earning potential.
  • Experience connecting with and scheduling meetings for local business owners or SMB decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with media, advertising, print, digital, or local sponsorship sales is a plus.
  • Experience supporting sales teams by providing qualified leads and ensuring smooth meeting handoffs.
