This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing therapy services to clients in a remote setting, specifically focused on hospice care. Our ideal candidate will work 40 hours per week, playing a crucial role in supporting clients and their families during some of life’s most challenging moments.

About the Organization

Main Street Health Center PC, located in Grand Prairie, Texas, prides itself on delivering compassionate and comprehensive mental health services tailored to the unique needs of each client. We are an established private practice equipped with a team of experienced therapists who are deeply committed to fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships. Our approach is built on collaboration, integrity, and a shared passion for improving the lives of those we serve.

Work Environment

As a remote work facility, Main Street Health Center embraces a flexible and accommodating work environment. Our therapists leverage technology to connect with clients, utilizing secure online platforms for therapy sessions. This role allows for a hybrid work-from-home schedule, enabling you to manage your time effectively while maintaining a strong connection with both clients and colleagues. Enjoy a supportive atmosphere where collaboration among professionals is encouraged, fostering both personal and shared growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and couples therapy across a diverse patient demographic, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation, including notes and records, adhering to company and legal requirements.
  • Schedule ongoing appointments while maintaining an organized calendar, allowing for efficient management of your caseload and client follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with peers and other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans that address the complex needs of clients within a hospice setting.
  • Utilize our billing service for managing client claims, insurance accounts, and payment structures to streamline administrative tasks, allowing therapists to focus on client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on clients ranging from young adults to the elderly, particularly those facing end-of-life issues. Therapists will address a variety of clinical presentations, including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and transition challenges. The primary goal is to provide compassionate support and therapeutic interventions that enhance the quality of life for clients and their families during this sensitive period.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology with an active LCSW license in Texas to practice independently.
  • Proven professionalism with strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities are essential for managing a full caseload effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education within the field of mental health.
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including at least two evenings per week for client sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • Significant experience or specialized training in couples therapy will be highly regarded, expanding our therapeutic offerings.
  • Experience in hospice, palliative care, or working with terminally ill patients is a plus, enhancing your ability to relate to the patient population and their families.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available. As a full-time W2 employee, you will also enjoy:

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage to support your well-being.
  • Access to furnished office space, an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and other necessary supplies, with overhead costs fully covered.
  • Flexible scheduling options to optimize work-life balance and productivity.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and workshops.
  • Sign-on bonus eligibility as an added incentive for joining our dedicated team.
