• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand students' emotional and psychological needs, gathering detailed information regarding their mental health history, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
• Implement therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care strategies, ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions, regularly reviewing and modifying plans based on client progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and educational professionals, to foster coordinated care and comprehensive support for each student.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, employing safety planning to address immediate needs and mitigate any potential threats to well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups, fostering peer interaction and mutual support among participants.

Your primary focus will be working with students ranging from kindergarten through high school who are experiencing varied mental health challenges. This diverse client base may include at-risk youth, students facing bullying, or those coping with family issues. Your contributions will directly impact their academic performance, self-esteem, and overall well-being, making a significant difference in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and treatment frameworks relevant to adolescent mental health.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing you to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
