• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to accurately determine students' mental health needs, integrating strong interviewing skills and clinical judgment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to their specific situations.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions focused on skill-building, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate proactively with teachers, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to ensure the comprehensive care of each student, making referrals as necessary.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date client records using secure electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with school and state regulations.

This role primarily focuses on working with children and adolescents, ages 5-18, who may face a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and trauma. You'll have the opportunity to tailor your approach based on individual needs, thus playing a critical role in their emotional and academic success.

• A current and valid Washington state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• At least three years of substantial experience in counseling or clinical social work, preferably within school or community settings.
