Professionals in this role help resolve hardware, software, and network issues, often using remote access tools to diagnose and fix problems. They serve as the first point of contact for customers or employees needing IT support. Remote Help Desk technicians must possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
