Benefits
Just like our teamwork, our benefits package is also unique. We are proud to offer 32 days of paid time off and 10 paid holidays for this role to make sure you have a life outside of the office. Our robust benefits package includes paid employee medical, employer health savings account contribution, life insurance, and long-term disability. Employees are eligible for a performance-based incentive bonus on top of base salary. The salary range for this role is $83,000 to $125,000.
Qualifications:
  • CPA licensure or licensed attorney
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university. Master's degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge of tax research sources
  • Strong knowledge of Internal Revenue Code and regulations, various tax forms and their interrelationships, return filing requirements and due dates
  • Four to eight years related experience and / or training within Alternative Investments

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages Audit Supervisors, Senior Audit Associates, Audit Associates and Audit Interns. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
