Benefits Customer Service Representative Location:San Diego, CA(must be local) Work Arrangement:Remote after onboarding/training, withrequired onsitetime for Day 1 equipment pickup/IT setup and as needed for meetings/projects Schedule:Monday–Friday (no weekends) Shift Window:Must be flexible for an 8-hour shift between8:00 AM – 9:00 PM Hours:40 hours/week during busy season (overtime may be requested). Off-season may fluctuate32–40 hours/week Pay:$18.50/hour(San Diego: non-bilingual candidates only) Position Overview As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will support plan participants through benefit enrollment and updates to health care and/or pension plans. You'll provide high-quality service primarily by phone, with opportunities to assist via chat and message center as you gain experience. This is a seasonal opportunity with potential to extend for strong performers.
