Senior Product Marketing Manager - Power Equipment / Data Centre Sector

Job Location: Canada (preferred) or United States

In-Office, Hybrid or Remote: Remote

Working Hours: Full-time

Languages: English required; Mandarin a plus

Compensation: CAD 75,000-95,000 total target compensation (base + bonus structure)

About the Client:
Our client manufactures and supplies heavy electrical and power infrastructure equipment used by large-scale technology, energy, and industrial operators across North America. They've built a reputation for reliability, speed of delivery, and strong manufacturing partnerships, and continue to expand their footprint as demand for power infrastructure grows.

Role Overview: Our client is looking to bring on a marketing leader who can translate technical, engineering-heavy products into clear, compelling messaging for a North American B2B audience. You'll take ownership of how the brand communicates, from high-level positioning down to individual pieces of content, and work cross-functionally to make sure marketing efforts convert into pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define messaging and positioning for a complex, technical product portfolio

  • Oversee content development across formats -digital, written, video, and sales tools

  • Act as a resource for sales and demand generation teams, providing market intelligence and supporting materials

  • Manage the company's presence at industry trade shows and events, including planning and on-site execution

  • Build out webinar and digital event programming

  • Monitor performance metrics and report on marketing's contribution to revenue

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Several years of B2B technology marketing experience, ideally spanning both product and solutions marketing

  • Demonstrated success marketing to North American technical buyers

  • Strong writing ability - comfortable producing long-form and technical content independently

  • Experience moving from strategic planning to hands-on execution

  • Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects and deadlines

  • Direct experience organizing and running industry trade shows or exhibitions

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to guide marketing decisions

Preferred:

  • Mandarin language ability

  • Familiarity with infrastructure, energy, or technology-adjacent sectors

  • Experience with partner or channel marketing

  • Exposure to standard marketing/CRM platforms
