How You'll Make a Difference
You'll lead and elevate our rental business by bringing a sharp focus to how we manage, deploy, and grow our fleet. This role sits at the center of strategy and execution-ensuring we have the right equipment, in the right place, at the right time. Your ability to use data to guide decisions will help us improve utilization, invest wisely, and uncover new opportunities for growth across every market we serve.

What You'll Do

  • Lead rental strategy and full P&L performance, with a strong focus on fleet utilization, revenue growth, and market expansion

  • Own fleet management across all locations, including asset allocation, lifecycle planning, capital strategy, and disposition of retired equipment

  • Partner with sales and field leaders to align fleet mix with customer demand, industry trends, and regional market needs

  • Leverage data, reporting, and pricing tools to drive decisions on utilization, rates, and fleet investment

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in rental fleet management within an asset-intensive business (material handling, construction, equipment rental, or similar)

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data, reporting, and performance metrics to guide fleet decisions, pricing, and utilization strategy
