Work Environment

As part of our team, you will work primarily from the comfort of your own home while maintaining access to our outpatient office resources as needed. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate holistic care strategies for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention care to clients in acute distress, demonstrating empathy and expertise in high-pressure situations.
• Engage in community outreach and educational programs that promote mental health awareness and actively work to dismantle common misconceptions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role will provide you with the opportunity to enhance your cultural competence as you navigate and respect the unique experiences of each client. Your insights and therapeutic support will be instrumental in empowering clients through their healing processes.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A commitment to cultural sensitivity and competence to effectively interact with a diverse client base.
• Strong organizational skills, managing documentation and treatment plans efficiently and timely.

Preferred Experience

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience in a community mental health setting, particularly with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of integrated care models and treatment coordination systems.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to trauma and more.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
