Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate holistic care strategies for clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention care to clients in acute distress, demonstrating empathy and expertise in high-pressure situations.
  • Engage in community outreach and educational programs that promote mental health awareness and actively work to dismantle common misconceptions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

  • A commitment to cultural sensitivity and competence to effectively interact with a diverse client base.
