• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with patients, utilizing video conferencing software to create an empathetic and safe space for discussion.
• Complete thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs, contributing to effective treatment planning and service delivery.
• Document therapy sessions and client interactions according to clinical and state standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date and securely maintained.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to share insights and feedback that inform program improvements and enhance patient care quality.
• Actively engage in continuous education opportunities, including training and webinars, to stay informed on best practices in mental health treatment.

Our patients encompass a diverse population, primarily consisting of individuals seeking support during detoxification and recovery processes. As an LCSW in our center, you will address a wide range of behavioral health issues, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Your ability to empathize and tailor your approach to each patient’s unique circumstances is critical for fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Must possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the State of California.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health or substance abuse settings.
• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Comfortable using digital tools and telemedicine platforms; prior experience with telehealth services is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with team members.

• Experience working within a detox or treatment facility.
• Familiarity with integrative care models that combine mental and physical health approaches.
• Prior experience in documentation systems for electronic health records (EHR).
