• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including collaborative crises plans and behavioral guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Utilize advanced evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and inform treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans for clients.
• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the maintenance of high standards of care.
• Act as a liaison among relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
• Foster open communication within the team and with external stakeholders, promoting our mission and securing new partnerships.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including conferences, training, and networking events related to your expertise.
• Embrace and promote the agency's mission and values in all aspects of your work.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

In this role, you will work with diverse client populations facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and post-trauma stress. The emphasis on individualized care allows you to tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, fostering their journey toward recovery and improved mental health.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required for this role.
• Current independent LMHC license issued by the state board is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records and produce related reports in compliance with governing regulations.
• Proficiency in working cooperatively in an interdisciplinary team setting, sharing insights and collaborating on patient care strategies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Capacity to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions grounded in professional experience and knowledge.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices to connect with clients in a digital environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or partnership development is beneficial for this position.
