This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home. You will engage with clients through video conferencing, utilizing our user-friendly telehealth platform. • Provide individualized counseling to clients via video chats, focusing on enhancing their mental well-being.
• Facilitate open discussions about emotions and experiences, enabling clients to gain deeper insight into themselves and their interpersonal relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in setting and achieving personal counseling goals.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health status and implement tailored treatment plans employing solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

Your clients will be pre-screened and possess a stable mental health status with low acuity issues. This focus ensures that you can dedicate your skills towards helping those who are prepared and motivated to engage in the therapeutic process. The supportive framework allows you to make a significant impact on clients who benefit from consistent mental health care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an independent license issued by the state board, which may include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong decision-making abilities for professional evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a sympathetic disposition towards client experiences.
• Proficient computer literacy for navigating telehealth systems and documentation processes.

• Prior experience providing teletherapy services or working within remote healthcare services.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and varying mental health conditions.
• Ability to utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices effectively.
