• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history and mental health status.
• Design bespoke treatment plans that encompass both addiction recovery strategies and underlying mental health issues, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate with your fellow treatment team members to create an integrated care strategy that aligns with each client's unique needs.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive information.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize client outcomes.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Healthy Vibe Therapy, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including those with varying socio-economic statuses and cultural contexts. Your role will be critical in supporting them through challenging moments, offering hope and motivation for change through personalized interventions.

• A valid and active license as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Specialized training or substantial experience in addiction counseling is essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment and managing co-occurring disorders.
• Proven therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to foster client motivation for positive behavioral changes.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective teamwork within a remote setting.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar treatment environment.
• Prior involvement in developing and implementing group therapy sessions.
• A track record of successful case management and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
