• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to engage clients effectively.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical requirements, ensuring accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Actively participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions, remaining knowledgeable about the latest advancements in mental health care.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.
• Strong understanding and adherence to ethical and legal standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies to manage client appointments and documentation efficiently.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team to provide integrated care solutions.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
