• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms with both individuals and groups, ensuring a safe space for emotional expression.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans informed by thorough assessments of each client's mental health needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to discuss treatment strategies and ensure cohesive care across disciplines.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records using electronic health record systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing anxiety and depression related to life-limiting illnesses, especially those within hospice care. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is a must.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical social work services, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse populations, particularly those in crisis or dealing with grief.
• Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and the ethical practice of social work.

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings is highly preferred.

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
