Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients have access to the best candidates in the market, while also providing a positive and efficient recruitment experience for both the candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various healthcare positions, including but not limited to nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff

- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent

- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to create a pipeline of qualified candidates
