Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • An active independent state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
  • Adept skill in making professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities coupled with a sympathetic and understanding nature, critical for building rapport with clients.
  • Strong proficiency in computer usage to manage online client interactions and documentation efficiently.
