You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered care. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations designed to identify a client’s mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques while providing individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring a comprehensive and adaptive approach to diverse mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with other care professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to guarantee an integrated treatment approach that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, demonstrating both expertise and compassion in emergency situations.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives that raise mental health awareness, promote resources, and combat stigma associated with mental health issues.

Our clients reflect a broad spectrum of cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, enriching the therapeutic experience for both therapists and clients. As a licensed therapist at Health Link Now, you will have the opportunity to enhance your cultural competence and sensitivity through engagement with clients facing various challenges, including acute mental health crises, chronic mental illnesses, and transitional life situations.

• A valid, independent, and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master's degree or doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
• A commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with individuals from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities for accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

• Prior experience in a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth platforms and digital communication tools effectively.
• Experience working within a hospice or end-of-life care context, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs of clients in such settings.
• Proven success in implementing trauma-informed care practices and promoting mental wellness in various settings.
