• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs via telehealth, identifying areas for intervention.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions to track progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring the well-being of clients in distress.

• Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals to exchange insights and best practices that enhance patient outcomes.

As a key member of our counseling team, you will primarily serve adults facing various psychological challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your role will emphasize providing empathetic and tailored support that facilitates healing and personal growth. Your ability to establish rapport and empower clients will be vital to fostering enduring therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Illinois (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult populations.

• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and reporting.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken by any licensing board.

• Demonstrated training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with additional evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Previous telehealth experience is preferred, showcasing proficiency in virtual patient engagement.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, supplemented by an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
