This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, enabling the creation of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that promote rapport and facilitate effective therapeutic connections with clients in a virtual setting.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills, crucial for managing outreach, session schedules, and documentation accurately in a remote context.
