• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues effectively, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring a client-centered approach to therapy.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, designed to help clients navigate their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.
