• Conduct thorough assessments that effectively evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional states, employing a range of assessment tools and methodologies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate short and long-term therapeutic goals tailored for each client's unique needs, establishing measurable objectives for their progress.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities, such as individual, group, and family therapy, adapting techniques to best support each client's journey.
• Monitor clients’ progress closely, using assessment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and making adjustments as required to ensure continuous improvement.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to assist clients in high-stress situations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines to safeguard client information.
• Collaborate actively with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client's needs.
• Engage in ongoing training and supervision, updating your skills and knowledge to integrate the latest research findings and innovations in mental health practice.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by the licensing board and relevant organizations, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Your work as a Mental Health Therapist will primarily focus on diverse populations requiring support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals and families from different backgrounds, ensuring your approach is culturally competent and responsive to their specific needs.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and address complex mental health issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
• Commitment to client welfare, showcasing compassion, patience, and active listening abilities.
• Proven capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and state laws governing mental health practices.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development, contributing to continuous improvement in therapeutic practices.

• A minimum of three years of experience as a mental health counselor or therapist, providing therapeutic services to a varied clientele.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and eligibility for additional performance-based bonuses.
