• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat platforms, focusing on improving their mental well-being.
• Facilitate open discussions where clients can express their emotions and experiences, aiding them in gaining insights into their lives and relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, collaborating with them to define personal goals and create actionable pathways to achieve those goals.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions using evidence-based assessment tools and develop tailored treatment plans that employ solution-based approaches based on your clinical expertise.

The clients you will work with have been carefully screened to ensure stability and appropriateness for counseling. You will primarily engage with stable adults presenting low-acuity concerns, allowing you to focus on impactful interventions without the complexities of severe mental health cases. We aim to align clients with your specialties and demographic preferences to create the most effective therapeutic relationships.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: Candidates must possess a full license to practice independently, such as:
  - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  Note: Provisional or limited licenses will not be considered, and no disciplinary actions are allowed.
• Strong communication skills and an empathetic nature are vital for effective counseling.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software necessary for remote therapy delivery.

While we welcome all qualified professionals, previous experience in a remote counseling setting and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous. Experience in managing various client issues and a demonstrated ability to create effective therapeutic relationships are preferred.
