Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and your clinical judgment to inform comprehensive treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to both state and federal regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, multidisciplinary care that addresses both the psychological and physical needs of the client.
• Engage in regular case reviews with your treatment team to adapt strategies and ensure continuity of care, reflecting our commitment to collaborative treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona with no disciplinary actions against your license.

Compensation and Benefits

Healing Journey Psychiatric Group offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
