• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to promote mental wellness.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans guided by thorough assessments of client needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with a remote team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, and social justice.

• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or working within a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital health technologies.
• Background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
