Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their unique mental health needs and circumstances.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, using modalities tailored to help clients manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.
• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy tools and techniques to facilitate virtual sessions, maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and comprehensively in alignment with ethical and legal requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base includes individuals of varying ages and backgrounds who seek help with a myriad of mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. The remote format allows you to reach clients who may have barriers to traditional therapy settings, thus expanding your impact in the community.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are vital for effective therapy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing telehealth services is a plus, as well as comfort with technology in a virtual counseling setting.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities specific to trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression.
• A background in collaborative care or integrated behavioral health practices is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
