• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and methodologies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapy modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy, focusing on therapeutic techniques that align with the latest developments in mental health practices.
• Accommodate clients' preferences for virtual sessions through teletherapy, ensuring accessibility for those with physical or geographical barriers to traditional services.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to meet ethical and regulatory compliance required in the mental health field.
• Engage in continuous professional development to expand your clinical knowledge and adapt to new therapeutic approaches, enhancing your ability to provide effective care.

You will primarily work with a diverse client population that requires support for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and crisis intervention relating to suicidal ideation. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate their challenges and establish therapeutic goals that lead to meaningful improvements in their overall mental well-being.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation as per state licensing board requirements.
• No history of disciplinary actions affecting licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients compassionately and effectively.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection to facilitate remote therapy sessions.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy services or working in a remote healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with the latest developments in psychotherapy and mental health treatment methodologies.
• A background in crisis intervention or practice related to suicide prevention initiatives would be beneficial.
