Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients through our secure and user-friendly online platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for discussion.
• Evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique backgrounds, circumstances, and mental health goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies and goals based on their feedback and progress over time.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic client records, documenting session notes and treatment updates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to deliver comprehensive treatment plans that address both the psychological and physical aspects of client care.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to mental health services, ensuring the highest standards of care are followed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current active state licensure in one of the following categories: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing individual therapy, ideally in a remote capacity. Prior exposure to evidence-based practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and strong comfort level navigating virtual therapy tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote healthcare team environment.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, reflective of experience and qualifications.
