• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews as appropriate.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs and goals, integrating a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide regular individual therapy sessions, utilizing proven techniques to foster client resilience and facilitate personal growth.
• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and clinical observations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with professional guidelines.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual environment.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, demonstrating understanding and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a manageable caseload effectively, ensuring timely client follow-up and care.

• Experience providing teletherapy or working in a remote healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with therapy platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and telehealth tools to enhance service delivery and documentation.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to trauma, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
